Lakeisha A. Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Certified School Counselor, speaker, and clinical supervisor with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, families, and mental health professionals.

Through Hand In Hand Supervision, Inc., she provides clinical supervision, consultation, and professional development for LPC Associates, helping emerging clinicians strengthen their counseling skills, enhance ethical decision-making, develop effective treatment plans, and build confidence in their professional practice. Her approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive, and focused on fostering competent, ethical, and compassionate mental health professionals.

In addition to her supervision work, Lakeisha is the creator of the Connect & Grow: A Skills Workbook for Raising Emotionally Healthy Kids, a practical resource designed to help parents and caregivers strengthen communication, emotional awareness, and connection with children. She is also the presenter of Talk, Listen, Love: The Power of Communication and Connection with Gen Alpha Kids, an engaging training that equips parents, educators, faith-based leaders, and other adults with tools to build meaningful relationships with today's youth.
